The purpose of the survey is to gather opinions from users on a variety of entities in the accredited third-party conformity assessment industry for our knowledge and continual improvement. All stakeholders are invited to provide feedback.

Your survey responses will remain anonymous. You will have the option to provide contact information at the end of the survey, but you may leave these blank if you prefer. If you do provide your contact information, your responses will remain confidential within ANAB.

It should take approximately 6 minutes to complete the survey for each entity you select to provide feedback on.
