Terms & Conditions

When you choose to participate in Coloplast online panel you may not reveal the contents of the questionnaires to any outsider. Your answers will only be used for the development of products, services and educational materials as well as for use in publications. Publications refer to sharing our research and findings with the public through scientific journals and conferences. All data will be aggregated and anonymized prior to publication, after which none of your answers in the published materials can be linked to you as an individual. Your information will be handled by Coloplast (through Coloplast employees world-wide) and Coloplast employed research agencies. All survey data and insights will be treated confidentially and aggregated (pseudonymized). Only a select few Coloplast employees at Coloplast Headquarters will, in theory, be able to identify you as the survey participant with the answers you provide to the questionnaires. Coloplast will not contact you to sell or market products or services, unless you have given consent to receive such information. The information that you give will not be sold or passed on to a third party. Your personal data will be used to secure the relevance of your participation in each individual questionnaire. It may be transmitted to another country outside of the EU, but will only be handled by Coloplast A/S and/or another Coloplast company. Upon your consent, Coloplast and/or another Coloplast company and its partners may contact you with an inquiry to participate in product or market tests, however all participation is voluntary. Participants must be over 18 years of age. In accordance with data protection legislation, as a participant you can request to see the information that Coloplast has filed about you, as well as request at any time that the information is erased or that wrongly stated data is corrected. Inquiries or requests should be sent to Business Insight, Coloplast A/S, Holtedam 3, 3050 Humlebaek, Denmark. All information that you give to Coloplast, including suggestions of changes or improvements, is the property of Coloplast and the usage of such information by Coloplast will not result in any compensation. Coloplast does not commit to implement any suggestions that arise. Coloplast reserves the right to refuse participation in The Coloplast Online Panel, or to, without warning, exclude a panel member.

Data Privacy
Contact information on members of the Coloplast Online CORE Panel is processed based on these Terms & Conditions which shall form the essence of a contract with you, cf. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may at any given time choose to leave the CORE Panel. Please address any questions you may have to Coloplast, Research & Insights via the e-mail address: WeListen@Coloplast.com

By ticking the 'I ACCEPT' box below you give Coloplast A/S consent to the processing of your personal information, cf. Article 6(1)(a), including your sensitive health data, cf. Article 9(2)(a) GDPR.
