Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. Beehive Research Limited is the organiser and the promoter of a free prize draw (the “prize draw”) whose registered office address is at 6 Green Lane Business Park, 238 Green Lane, New Eltham, London, SE9 3TL (hereinafter referred to as "we, our, us").
  2. As a thank you and recognition for you joining the Residents’ panel and taking part in qualifying surveys, we will automatically enter you into the prize draw, subject to the following terms and conditions.
  3. This is a UK based prize draw. UK rules and regulations in respect of competitions and free prize draws will apply.
  4. No payment or purchase is necessary to be entered into the prize draw.
  5. Only those joining the panel and completing registration in the current quarter, in good faith, will be entered into the registration prize draw. We reserve the right to exclude any participant who provides inappropriate responses from consideration.
  6. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
  7. [Applies to REGISTRATION SURVEY PRIZE DRAW] The quarterly registration prize draws will take place within one month of the end of each quarter (the “registration prize draw date”) and winners will be selected at random by computer. For the purposes of the registration prize draw,
    • Q1 is 1st January to 31st March, thus the Q1 registration prize draw will occur by 30th April,
    • Q2 is 1st April to 30th June, thus the Q2 registration prize draw will occur by 31st July,
    • Q3 is 1st July to 30th September, thus the Q3 registration prize draw will occur by 31st October,
    • Q4 is 1st October to 31st December, thus the Q4 registration prize draw will occur by 31st January.
    OR [Applies to QUALIFYING SURVEY PRIZE DRAW] The prize draw for the survey will take place on DD/MM/YYYY (the “prize draw date”) and winners will be selected at random by computer.
  8. You must have a valid email address. We will only use the email address that you have registered on the panel for any communications that we may need to send you relating to the prize draw.
  9. There will be four winners. The first entrant drawn will win a £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card. The next three entrants drawn will each win a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card .
  10. Winners will be notified by email within 10 working days of the prize draw date. If you win a prize, you agree to provide, on request, proof that you are the authorised account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.
  11. You may be asked to participate in publicity arising from the prize draw and be contacted via the Research and Citizen Insight team and the Communications department of Essex county council via the registered email.
  12. Any prizes not claimed within eight weeks of the prize draw date will lapse. Any unclaimed prizes will be donated to a charity chosen by us on an annual basis.
  13. Prizes are non-transferable and we reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal value at our sole discretion
  14. It is the winners’ responsibility to adhere to any terms and conditions relating to an individual prize, as these may stipulate an expiry date.
  15. The selection of winners in accordance with these prize draw terms and conditions is final and no correspondence will be entered.
  16. We do not accept any responsibility for survey responses that
    • have been received after the closing date for the survey
    • have not been received due to any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. The proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  17. By participating in the survey and being eligible for a prize, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. They also consent to the transfer of their personal data to us for the purposes of the administration of the prize draw and for any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
  18. Only surveys completed by the invited individual, and in accordance with our instructions and any applicable terms and conditions, will be eligible for entry to this prize draw.
  19. Employees of ECC, Beehive Research Limited, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, suppliers, and immediate family members are not eligible for entry into prize draw.

  22. These terms and conditions are subject to English law and jurisdiction.
