Waste and Recycling Collection Survey 2026

M·E·L Research are carrying out a resident satisfaction survey on behalf of Biffa Municipal Ltd who are providing domestic waste and recycling collections for residents in the Hastings, Rother and Wealden Council authority. Information from the survey will be used by Biffa and the councils to understand levels of satisfaction with domestic waste & recycling services.

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. All responses provided will be completely confidential and will not be used for any purposes other than the scope of this project.
